Pats experience and knowledge is unparalleled. She is able to anticipate every angle of the situation and sets you up to have a relatively seamless transaction. There were never any delays and both times we were able to close early. You can also tell that she truly cares about her customers. My first loan with her was my very first home purchase ever, and she walked me through every step and found an amazing first time home buyer’s program for me. Pat Tenney is a woman who knows her stuff. My husband and I didn't plan on buying a house when we started looking into the Havasu real estate market but came across a home we had to put an offer on. Our agent informed us we had to have a pre qual letter before an offer could be presented. And there were other offers going in with ours. I got on the phone with Pat, she got our information, ran credit and had a pre qual letter to the agent in no time. When our offer was accepted, Pat let us know everything that was needed to get the loan to underwriting. Her communication with us was exemplary keeping us informed every step of the way.
